Filter By Item Is Not Filtering Sales Orders In Orders Summary Section Of HTML Contact Center (Doc ID 2644372.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, Agent Dashboard

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Filter by Item is not filtering Sales orders in Orders Summary section of HTML Contact Center.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect users to have the ability to Filter records by the Filter condition.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Service
(N) HTML contact Center -> Search with Account Number
Click on Orders Section.
Orders Summary section will be populated with Sales Order details
Click on Filter by drop down and select Item and in the value field
Enter the item number A20B-3300-0102
Click on refresh button to filter the sales orders which has the item A20B-3300-0102.

All the records are displayed.
