ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Period tag not getting exported in SAFT XML File for shipping documents with transaction date as the last day of month.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Period tag should get exported in SAFT XML File for all the shipping documents.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Shipping Document with transaction date as last day of the month.
2. Run the 'CLE:Generate SAFT-PT Audit File XML Data' concurrent program.
3. Review the output and notice that Period tag for this Shipping document did not populate.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit correct statutory reports to Tax Authorities resulting into fines & penalties.
