Symptoms

New EBS R12.2.9 environment. Not able to approve Purchase orders in February 2020 period.
Promised date 31-Jan-2020
Need by Date 08-Feb-2020
Both Jan and Feb 2020 PO Periods are Open

Error: The need-by date and/or Promised Date does not fall within an open purchasing period.
