Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Workplan

When attempting to click on Workplan tab
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Exception Details.
 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.pa.progress.server.TaskProgressDetAM'.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Projects Super User-->Search Projects-->Query for Project-->Select Workplan tab
