Unable to release the WIP(Work In Process)  Job From Technician Portal

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Need the ability to release WIP Job from Technician Portal




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Depot Repair responsibility
3. Navigate to Depot Repair>Search and Update Service Orders>
4.Open any Service Order and go to Service Execution Tab

Do not see In Operations region, to select "Update Job Status" from actions poplist.
