1. Responsibility = Purchasing
2. Navigation = Setup > Flexfields > Descriptive > Segments
3. Define 'Requisition Distribution' DFF with mandatory segment
4. Save and Compile the DFF
5. Navigation = Requisitions > Requisitions
6. Create Requisition without entries of the mandatory Requisition Distribution' DFF
7. Requisition can be saved without warning message
