Symptoms

When creating an Adjustment get the following error:
FRM-41051: You cannot create records here.

After clicking OK in the popup form, the Adjustment form is opened.

The following message is in the status bar :-
FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved.

The adjustment window opens, but the fields are greyed out.
