ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Depreciation calculation on back-dated asset with JP-200DB method incorrect

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Periodic depreciation should be per method.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  M:  Assets>Asset Workbench = Add asset with backdated date-placed-in-service, using a JP-200DB Method and in extended depreciation method
2.  M:  Depreciation>Run Depreciation = Run periodic depreciation.
