Symptoms
Records exist with po_distribution_id references for Purchase Order transactions (captured as reference_3 in the GL_JE_LINES table)
that do not correlate to any existing distributions in the corresponding purchasing sub-ledger table (PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL).
