Schedules And Items Program Error: ORA-04063: package body "APPS.PN_STREAMS_CALCULATION" has errors (Doc ID 2645342.1)

Symptoms


Schedules and Items has following error:

ERROR
-----------------------
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-04063: package body "APPS.PN_STREAMS_CALCULATION" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.PN_STREAMS_CALCULATION"
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PN_SCHEDULES_ITEMS",

 

EBS Property Manager Analyzer Report also shows the below INVALID objects:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
From Oracle Property Manager
1. Add new lease
2. Finalize lease (status to active)
3. Auto-Spawned request for Schedule and Items errors
