When Revenue Recognition Runs, Then The GL_DATE Was Changed From 2050 To 1950 (Doc ID 2646062.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Transactions Related

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When revenue recognition runs, then the GL_Date is subtracting 537 periods (i.e
2049 to 1950).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When running revenue recognition, the GL_DATE always are correct.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Receivables
Navigate: Setup->Transactions->Accounting Rule
1. Setup Accounting rule Name
2. Create a Transaction with RULE_START_DATE:31-Mar-2019
2. Complete the Transaction
3. Run the Revenue Recognition Master Program
4. Validate the data in RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST_ALL table
5. It is observed that GL_Date is calculated as 21-JAN-1950(GL_DATE WAS CHANGED FROM 2050 TO 1950).

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get correct GL_DATE after running Revenue Recognition.
