Goal

Is there support for novation modification (supplier change) utilizing web service APIs or PDS Inbound?

Currently that is accomplished by going to Contract Administration and then performing a Supplier Change (which kicks off Multi-Mod concurrent program).

When bringing in awards via PDS Inbound/web services, looking for confirmation if Oracle supports this process if a modification is transmitted inbound which has a supplier change.
