Item in Model with ORIG_SYS_REF Rejected Because a Decimal Quantity for INITIAL_NUM_VALUE is Not Allowed

On : 12.2.6 version, Maintenance
User end-dated a component and added component through ECO with effective dates in Feb-2020.
BOM tables along with ECO and the effective dates are showing correctly.
The BOM Explosions table shows effective dates correctly.
Whencustomer ran "Refresh a Single Configurable Model" from Configurator Responsibility, in Configurator Developer the ATO Option Class is effective until 19-May-2099 which is incorrect.
Below error occurs in "Refresh a Single Configuration Model" concurrent program log
984938:CZ_IMP_PS_NODE.CND_PS_NODE.11276:Item in Model 'XXX' with ORIG_SYS_REF='YYY' rejected because a decimal quantity for INITIAL_NUM_VALUE is not allowed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Oracle Configurator Responsibility,
2) Oracle Configurator Developer,
3) Concurrent Programs,
5) Find and select the Refresh a Single Configuration Model Concurrent Program,
6) Click Next,
7) Select the Folder where the model exists and select the Configurator Model Id,
9) Submit the concurrent program.
