Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Install

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Mobile is too slow when user tries to use tasks. Devices are frozen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Mobile should NOT be slow when user tries to use tasks.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. when user try to download tasks, devices are hanging or frozen.
2. Whse mgmt > Tasks > Manual Tasks > Drop all LPNs

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, shipping has stopped.
