Goal
Installed BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.4 on Windows 10 (64-bit) and java version 1.8.0_191(64-bit).
The ribbon doesn't appear on Word 2016(32-bit).
Noticed that another laptop that is working has a directory called "c:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle USA\TBAddInSetup" but this install doesn't have it.
Determine what is missing in the Setup.
