Symptoms

Records in mtl_material_transactions (MMT) table with Costed flag set to E.

Error _code = CST_NO_GL_RATE


Error_explanation = CSTPACIN.COST_INV_TXN:No conversion rate has been defined for the combination of foreign currency and conversion rate type used in this transaction, or the defined conversion rate is not valid on the date of this transaction

The conversion rate is "User" for the transaction
