"Internal Server Error" Is Thrown When Trying To Launch BEE Spreadsheet Interface for 1 Specific User (Doc ID 2646991.1)

Symptoms

When trying to Launch "BEE Spreadsheet Interface" page, following error appears

ERROR
-----------------------

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, ohs_admin@XXX.XX and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "XXXX Payroll Manager" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to Mass Information eXchange: MIX --> BEE Spreadsheet Interface.

3. When trying to launch the page, got the above error message.

4. This error happens for only one specific user login.
