Unable to Change the Format Default Value for Statement Downloads (Doc ID 2647121.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to change the default value for the 'Format' field in the Statement Download section. This field exists in both the Dashboard and Accounts tabs of iReceivables.

From the personalization form, the default is set to 'HTML'. The user is trying to change the default to PDF.  After changing the default value in personalizations, then clearing the cache using Functional Administrator, the default is the same and doesn't change.

1. Disable Self-Service Personal = No at all levels
2. Other personalizations in this form work fine, like hiding this field.  Only the default cannot be changed.

  1. Try to change the default value for 'Statement Download' from HTML to PDF using personalizations.
