Goal

1. If we set a standard delay on the process routing step dependency form we are unable to release the step until the previous step that the current step is dependent on standard delay time has passed. We want to be able to release and continue with the steps but the standard delay time should be included when calculating the fixed lead time for the item from the routings plus the standard delay times. Is this possible?

2. We have set up a planning operation step that we want to release and complete automatically as one operation step is released and another operation step later on has been completed. This will provide us with a more accurate actual time to update the primary planning resource time with wat was set. However with our setup of setting the planning step as automatic release type it releases and completes the same time one of its subsequent steps is released and completed. Please advise if we can achieve what we want to?
