Task Update Error "Cannot Insert Access Hour Record As Record Already Exists" (Doc ID 2647379.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Field Service Engineer Portal

Getting the following Error while updating Task on the update service request HTML page.
This error message is displayed while performing multiple updates one after the other on the same page.

"Cannot insert access hour record as record already exists"




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Field Service Manager responsibility
3. Navigate to Field Service Dispatcher >Dispatch Center-->Service Request-->Customer Management-->HTML Contact Center-->Create Service Request.
4.Search for the service request created navigate to Resolution and wrap up tab-->Create Task-->Assign resource on task--> click on update task
5.Change the priority from A to B click on Save. It saves successfully. Then change the priority from B to C
Observe the above error
This error is appearing when trying to update any fields(for example task description) twice on the task page.
