Symptoms

When entering the Customer Name in the Administrator Workbench page it is taking a long time to return.

Steps
1.Using the Administrator Workbench responsibility.
2. Create a new Service Contract.
3. Select the Customer Name from LOV or type in the name
2. Experience a delay in LOV options to appear or for the field to populate after entering the information.
