Not able to perform Amortized cost Adjustment
ERROR

APP-OFA-48392- You cannot make more than ONE adjustment in a single transaction.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Asset Workbench
2. Query the asset number
3. Change the cost and increase the cost by 0.01 and change the amortization date to the same as Date Placed in Service, then save
4. Observed the above error
