On 12.1.2 version, SUPPORT
OSN PO's delivery failing with the following error:
Invalid CACert File.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process an OSN PO.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process OSN PO's.
