ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating or updating Smart form, no list of values for suppliers is available and cannot add any supplier.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When creating or updating Smart form, list of values for suppliers should be available

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement Catalog Administration > Sores > Smart Forms
2. Search for smart form
3. Under Default Supplier Information, try to change "Supplier Name" defaulted already
4. Click on LOV
5. Search results show No items found for all search

The supplier name is already in the Smart Form but when try to search for it it is not found.  No suppliers are found in the search.
