Symptoms

EXC: Transaction Exception Details by GL Period reports transactions not being burdened (i.e. Corrective Action: Run the burden summarization process).

Exception Reason: This item has not been processed by burden summarization.

PRC: Create and Distribute Burden Transactions shows Project is not in a status that allows additional costs.

The Project Status has been verified as being Approved.
