ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Receive Event entry happened in closed period

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
expects the entry should happen when Receive event takes place

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create a PO
2. Create receipt in the month of Dec'19 do not confirm tax.
3. close period.
4. Navigate to receiving transaction summary and confirm taxes.
5. Deliver the receipt in Jan'20.
6. Check accounting.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
