ShPP Absence Error APP-SSP-36810: The employee has not been employed for long enough to qualify for SPL. (Doc ID 2648831.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

An employee has joined the organization and then gone onto Shared Parental Leave.
Shared Parental Birth details have been entered, Notice dates entered
When user tries to save the absence the error pop-ups:

APP-SSP-36810: The employee has not been employed for long enough to qualify for SPL.


Even if he isn't entitled to statutory payments, user should be able to still enter an absence . With any other statutory payment user can save an absence and then stoppages will appear to prevent any statutory payments.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new employee from 18-MAR-2019

2. Enter Shared Parental Birth details.

3. Enter Shared Parental Birth absence as below:

Actual Start: 27-JAN-2020 End:09-AUG-2020
Duration: 136
