ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that Ship From Warehouse is not defaulting for High Volume Order Import
When importing orders through High Volume Order Import, the Warehouse field is not being defaulted even though it is available in the defaulting rules set up. The system is able to derive the Order Type for the order we are importing but the Warehouse is not being defaulted.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to default warehouse from order type

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order management super user
2. Define Defaulting Rule for warehouse to default from Order Type
3. Use High Volume order import
4.warehouse is not defaulted on orders created.
