Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Demand Processor Related Issue
When attempting to process DSP the following exception error occurs.
OBSERVATION
--------------------------
RLM schedule got processed but orders are not seen in sales order
board, I am able to see that closed order in order board but not
booked orders.

1. Responsibility: Release Management
2. Run > DSP side 862 Inbound Shipping Schedule
3. Schedule Details > Sales Order> Shows Closed for line 1.1.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot understand how sales order line 1.1
is having the customer request date as 10 FEB 2020 and in Closed status.
