Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Payment Processing
After Create a Promise to Pay for Bill Receivables this letter not appear when we select the Historic type = Promise, this letter only appear when we go to Correspondence.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager Navigation: From collections workbench.
1. Select the Transaction type Bills Receivables 2. Click on payment processing. 3. Create Promise and submit 4. Promise created for the BR 5. Click on History tab, promise type not showing here 6. Promise letter appears under correspondence
