On : 12.1.3 version, Multiplatform Mobile Field Service

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After Migration of MFS Instance, when installing and running OMFS on Windows the application hangs and does not complete the install
Getting Error:  'Sorry, Server is unavailable'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting the install to complete.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select OMFS download from EBS
2. Run setup file
3. Launch OMFS. install hangs
