Mass Update Webadi In Installed Base Fails with ORA-01858 (Doc ID 2650361.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Support Codes

When attempting Mass Update WebADI in Installed base
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Processing: Create Document
Your document is being created.
Do not close this window until processing completes.
A problem has been encountered initializing the control for importing data as detailed below. The data import has been aborted.
Cannot execute SQL Statement.
Number of valid rows

Debug log shows..

ORA-01858 a non-numeric character was found where a numeric was expected


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: CSI Installed base Processing >> Mass Update >> Mass update

2. Run query for a system and try to export.
