Error Attempting to Access Account Analysis And Drilldown Page java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "XX" (Doc ID 2650405.1)

Account Analysis and Drilldown

Symptoms

One user unable to access the Account Analysis and Drilldown page.

The following error is seen when the Account Analysis and Drilldown is selected from the menu:

ERROR

'You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.' 

Due to this error, the page cannot be accessed. The error occurs immediately after selecting the menu item.

Initially there was no "Click Here" link to get the exception details when this error was seen.
To enable the "Click Here" link the following was done:

1. Enable the FND: Diagnostics profile option at site level. set FND: Message Level Threshold = Debug High
2. Execute the same steps and reproduce the issue.
3. When you get the error message, please click on the "Click Here" link to get the complete exception details.

Once this was done the "Click Here" link was provided and the following was seen in the error message details:

ERROR
-----------
java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "XX"
at java.lang.NumberFormatException.forInputString(NumberFormatException.java:48)

 

This issue is only occurring for one user, other users can access the Account Analysis and Drilldown page without issue.
This is not machine specific, the user can attempt this on another users working machine and still have the error.

The user has cleared the Jcache, changed their password and issue remains.
