When Assigning Employees To Work Order Operation, Assign Employee Table List Change Dynamically (Doc ID 2650668.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When assigning Employees to Work Order Operation, after selecting any employee from the list, the order of names changes on the displayed list.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Assign Employee table list should not change dynamically.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Maintenance Super User responsibility
2. Search a Work Order XXXXXXXX
3. Go to Operation
4. Select Operation YY
4. On Select Row: Select Assign Employee
5. Click Go
6. List of all employees will be displayed
7. Select Employee name
8. Click on Assign Check box
9. Save
10. After save the list change order, and the names of employees move orders in the list. as it shown in the attached document screenshots.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the expected list of employees after save.
