On : 12.2.6 version, Catalog items
Error while creating Descriptive elements in Catalog groups
Doing the setups to have a descriptive elements in item catalogs and getting the error as below
ERROR

APP-FND-01206: This record already exists. You entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must unique for every record.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation : Inventory >Setup > Items > Catalog Groups
Query problematic Item catalog category and click details
Hit 'Descriptive Elements'
Enter seq as 10
Enter Name as "XXProductYY"
See error as
APP-FND-01206: This record already exists. You entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must unique for every record.
