Symptoms
ORA-06512 WHILE COMPILING FLEXFIELD STRUCTURE ORA-06512.
1.All the values and value sets were completed.
2.All the value sets were of Independent validation Type.
3.Hierarchial security was in place for all the value types.
4.When trying to check the "Enable Dynamic Insert" the above error occurred.
5.When trying to Freeze Flexfield Definition also the above error occurred
6.The error occurred only for the Accounting Flexfield.
7.The log file showed error at afuddl()
