How to Import Certificate into EBS When TLS Is Not Enabled for EBS. (Doc ID 2651123.1)

Goal

When setup does not enable TLS (Transport Layer Security) for EBS and terminated https at the load balancer (LB). Then the communication between load balancer and the EBS application tiers are done through http. Changing this setup is not an option.  Alternative approach is needed.
