Symptoms

Attempting to create budgets using the budget wizard and the periods provided in the period list of values is incomplete.

Example of the issue being seen:
Budget Organization XXXX which is currently open for the budget year 2020 with the last period being ADJ-20.
When attempting to select the To period in the budget integrator the period list of values shows periods only up to JUN-19 and nothing later.
Due to this, cannot create budget worksheets for the periods after JUN-19.
