Symptoms

Enterprise Command Center V3 - iProcurement ECC Data Load ends with Error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run request iProcurement ECC Data Load.
This requests spawns two new requests:
2. The request spawns 2 other requests, and they both end with ERROR.
ECC - Run Data Load (ECC Run Data Load) - Parameters: EBS, icx, , METADATA_LOAD, , , ERROR
ECC - Run Data Load (ECC Run Data Load) - Parameters: EBS, icx, , FULL_LOAD, , , ERROR
3. Error :ORA-00936: missing expressionORA-06512: at "APPS.ICX_ECC_UTIL_PVT", line 26ORA-06512:
