SELF Relationship Associated with the Spouse Instead of Employee on the Benefits Confirmation and Summary Report Beneficiary Details (Doc ID 2652013.1)

Incorrect beneficiary data is displayed on the Benefits Confirmation and Summary Report.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.
3. Select request name "Benefits Reports Wrapper Process" and enter the following parameters:
Report Name: Benefits Confirmation and Summary Report
Effective Date: 08-JAN-2020
Beneficiaries: Yes

Resulting output shows incorrect beneficiaries.
For example, SELF relationship is not associated with the employee. Instead, it is shown for the Spouse.
