ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Portfolio Summary report is not showing any data in operating lease section, though there are operating leases in the system

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the operating lease section should show the correct balances

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the portfolio Summary report
2. The report is showing blank in operating lease section
