Symptoms
Rate Basis "Duration between driver and shipment end time" is used to account for idle time between driver assignments and optimize accordingly. While calculating the duration otm is not taking in to account following scenarios.
Scenario1: If the Shipment Appointment Window is at a later time to Driver's Shift End Time , When performing Driver Assignment - OTM is calculating Negative Charge.
Scenario2: When the shipment ends after the driver shift ends, otm is returning the entire duration of the driver's next shift.
