Reserve Orders Concurrent Program Partially Reserves Quantity Despite Using Reservation Mode = Percentage Based At 100 Pecent (Doc ID 2652112.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When running the Reserve Orders Concurrent program with "Reservation Mode = Percentage Based” and “Percent = 100%’ , reservations are made for partial quantity only,
For order with a line item ordered QTY= 2 , there is a reservation created for a QTY= 1. This is a partial reservations which should not be allowed with the submitted parameter values.
 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

--------------------------
Expectation when using Percentage Based parameter with Percentage= 100%, then the full ordered quantity should be reserved.
Reservation Mode = Percentage Based” and “Percent = 100%’



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Run the Reserve Orders Program with parameter:
"Reservation Mode = Percentage Based" and “Percent = 100%"
