Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Some work orders are not being loaded into the ECC for EAM during a full or incremental data load.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It appears that the records not loaded are those work orders created during a load process but still are not picked up on subsequent incremental data loads.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the ECC EAM Load and/or ECC EAM Incremental Load
