WF_ITEM_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES Set to NULL After Cancel At Order Header Level (Doc ID 2652196.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Control

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When canceling a sales order at the line level, the CANCEL_FLAG value in WF_ITEM_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES is set to YES and does not update the scheduled ship date and arrival date. This is the expected behavior. However, when canceling a sales order at the header level, the CANCEL_FLAG in WF_ITEM_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES is set to N/A and the scheduled ship date and arrival date are changed to NULL. This is not expected and impacts downstream customization.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

We would expect the workflow attribute cancel_flag to be YES whether it is canceled at the header or line level.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. a. Steps to Cancel at the header
b. Open order in order organizer
c. Click Open
d. Go to Actions -> Cancel
e. Provide reason code. Click OK

2. a. Steps to Cancel at the line
b. Open order in order organizer
c. Click Open
d. Click on the line tab and place cursor on the line
e. Go to Actions -> Cancel
f. Provide reason code. Click OK
