FASRSVED: Reserve Detail Report has null Additions Column for New Assets Added with Cost = Accumulated Depreciation (Doc ID 2652503.1)

Symptoms

When adding new asset as fully reserved find:

ACTUAL BEHVIOUR

====================

Reserve Detail Report (FASRSVED) has null Additions column for backdated additions with Cost = Depreciation Reserve (LIFE_COMPLETE/FULLY_RESERVED in the Period of Addition (POA)).
Ran Reserve Detail Report with periods from POA to POA, report is correctly showing the Additions column = cost, but if user run Reserve Detail Report with periods Prior to the period to POA, the Additions column = NULL for the same asset.

 

EXPECTED BEHVIOUR

Expect the Cost to always display in the Addition Column

 

STEPS

=======

In Oracle Assets, M: Asset>Asset Workbench

1.  Select Detail Add to add asset with back-dated DPIS (date place in service) with Cost = Accumulated Depreciation

2. Run Reserve Detail Report for Periods BEFORE Period fo Addition but after DPIS (M:  other>requests>run, single request)
