Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Equipment Lease
When attempting to amend lease for second time
the following error occurs.

Equipment Schedules and Items ended in Error:
ORACLE error 1839 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01839: date not valid for month specified
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PN_EQP_SCHEDULES_ITEMS", line 8951

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Create and finalize an equipment lease with two assets and two terms.
b. Equipment Schedules and items program is successful.
c. Amend the above Lease, provide required details and save
d. Change End Date to contract the lease
d. Equipment Schedules and items program is trigerred but errors.
