ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Changing the location to a different one than suggested by the system results in Exception prompt and user has to raise one to complete the transaction
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer should be able to select different location and sub inventory with out exception in case if LPN resides in the same location
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Sales Order
2. Do Pick release and see LPN's are showing as Picked status
3. Now try to drop to different locator using staging move transaction and see it asks for exception
