Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Desktop Integration Framework
WebADI upload Error.
To resolve the Oracle Performance Issue - Oracle recommended to apply patch (29389395:R12.FND.C ) .Customer has applied patches on instance and getting the WebADI error for both GL and AGIS applications.

Validation failed.. Database Character Set does not have a matching Java Character set. Ask the system Administrator to review the error.
