GST : HSN code not populated for Purchase orders in tax details form (Doc ID 2653116.1)

Reported Issue

On creating a PO found that in tools - India tax details form , the relevant HSN code isn't populated.
Though the relevant value is getting stored at table level , found that when accessing tools -India tax details form found that the field HSN code is blank.
In short, the relevant HSN code value is not getting displayed only at the form level.


Steps to replicate
-------------------
1. Ensure that the relevant Reporting type setup is done.
2. Raise a PO
3. Navigate to tools- India tax details menu.
4. Find that HSN code field contains no value.
5. Whereas on accessing jai_tax_det_Factors table find value exists for HSN_code_id field contains the relevant id.

Expected Behavior
---------------------
Expects that the relevant HSN code should be displayed via tools - India tax details form.
